Apple

My iOS game crashes when I start it up.

Please try to restart the device and sync it with iTunes. If that does not work please try deleting the game from your device and your iTunes account. You can easily re-download it for free by clicking the Buy button again. Please note that this may cause progress not backed up on our servers to be lost.

My iOS game is frozen and I can’t exit it.

Shut the game down through the multitasking menu, then reopen it. . To do this simply double tap the home key then hold down the game icon until a minus sign appears in the corner. Then tap the red circle and the icon will vanish indicating the game has closed.

I would like a refund for the iOS App I purchased.

We cannot offer refunds directly. All apps are sold through iTunes therefore you will need to contact Apple directly for a refund.

 

Android

My Android game crashes when I start it up.

Please try deleting the game from your device, then redownloading and reinstalling it. Please note that this will cause any progress not backed up on our servers to be lost.

I’m having trouble installing the game on Android.

Please try one or both of the following:

- Clearing the Android Market cache (Settings -> Applications -> Manage Applications -> Market Clear Data + Clear Cache)
- Unmounting your SD card before installing the app (Settings -> SD & Phone Storage -> Unmount SD Card)
